Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a Friendship Gift Bag purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for an exchange or merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt. Refund checks will be issued only for items purchased by cash. The following policies apply to all returns:
* Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
* Returns without the original purchase receipt, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.

Returns by Mail
To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions included in the shipping package. Click here to download a printable PDF return label for free postage to send us your completed bag.You will need Acrobat Reader to do this - If you don't have it you can download it via this link : Print out the label and affix it securely to your envelope. Simply place your finished bag in the envelope and drop in any mailbox or at your nearest post office.

* If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information: Name, Address, Phone number, Order number, Item name/description, Reason for return, Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
